Soft Tarmac, Wetpour or Bouncy rubber are all different names for this porous, rubberised playground safety surface. It is installed by using a base SBR recycled rubber and a top EPDM rubber crumb which is mixed with a PU binder and installed to the relevant areas.
These areas include play equipment areas, playgrounds, parks and pathways and the surfacing can offer CFH protection form 1.00m – 3.00m, depending on the sub base used. This poured in place surface is designed and specified to be installed at different thicknesses to suit the specified area and the surfacing can be constructed and installed to areas which can suit any dimension, size, specification and design.
